LK Domain Agents

Registration of .lk domain names can be done through LK Domain’s officially appointed Resellers, namely ‘Agents’.

Agents register and maintain the registration of the domain names with us on behalf of their customers. Any communication to or from an agent, related to registered domains, is considered as being to or from a customer. Customers should always contact their agent first with any request or question about the domain name or changes to it, as we will only act if we are satisfied that the agent cannot or will not answer the query or do as requested.

Agents may be entitled to discounts on .lk domain registration fees, so it may be cheaper for customers to go through agents.

Agents use our automated registration systems to process large numbers of applications and to manage domain accounts. Only Agents that have signed up to our Agent Agreement are entitled to use these systems.

We work closely with our Agents to help them get the most out of their relationship with us. We support our Agents to ensure that they can provide a good level of service to people and organizations that wish to register domain names.
