Since it’s inception in 1990, LK Domain Registry is facilitating development initiatives of Internet infrastructure services to improve the Internet service sector in the country. Been the sole administrator for national level domains in Sri Lanka, LK Domain Registry is expanding services to serve the country better. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers.
- Identify and work with prospective customers.
- Evaluate customer needs, identify selling possibilities and conclude sales.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Remain knowledgeable on our products.
- Gather feedback from customers and share with internal team.
- Meet and if possible exceed monthly targets.
- Self motivated and goal driven with a positive attitude.
- Submit reports as needed by the management.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
- A Diploma/Higher Diploma in Business/Marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales.
- Age between 25 to 35 years.
- Computer literate
- Ability and willingness to work hard while maintaining standards and accuracy
- Able to work in a team
- Able to deal effectively with challenging field operational issues.
- Able to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Fluency in Sinhala & English languages in terms of both speaking and writing. Ability to speak Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Able to work with little or no supervision.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
