It currently provides cloud-based services to customers, and is currently expanding these services to serve the country better. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, support, and coordinate the development, operation and maintenance of cloud-based and other value-added products and services.
  • Collaborate with management, staff, customers, resellers and other stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate marketing activities.
  • Submit reports as needed by the management.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A relevant degree from a recognized institution or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Demonstrated competence, knowledge, skills, and ability in IT, product management and marketing.
  • Five (5) years relevant experience including managerial experience.
COMPETENCIES
  • Computer literate
  • Ability and willingness to work hard while maintaining standards and accuracy
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to deal effectively with challenging field operational issues.
  • Able to communicate clearly and listen attentively
  • Able to work with little or no supervision.

Manager – Training

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the development of new training programmes, and develop and maintain existing programmes.
  • Manage the development of training materials and content for our programmes and the Learning Management System.
  • Manage all Training Activities including training teachers, principals, students, employees, and the public.
  • Manage the division website and social media channels.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in a relevant field, including computing or education from a recognized university. Preference will be given those with a Masters or other postgraduate qualifications.
  • 5 Years plus experience in providing hands-on training in the area of ICT
  • A good knowledge of e-Learning.
  • An in-depth knowledge of training material development, including video.

  • Communicate with and support customers by phone, chat and email in an accurate and professional manner.
  • Submit reports as needed by the management.
  • Facilitate and support development and marketing of our products.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A diploma or degree from a recognized institution or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Demonstrated competence, knowledge, skills, and ability in supporting/conducting customer service activities and
  • Three (3) years experience in customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Sound knowledge and skills in video and other content development tools

  • Collaborate with LK Domain Management, Staff and Stakeholders on domain registrations.
  • Communicate with and support customers by phone, chat and email in an accurate and professional manner.
  • Submit reports as needed by the management.
  • Facilitate & support fast and accurate domain registrations.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by management. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • GCE A Level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Demonstrated competence, knowledge, skills, and ability in customer service activities and
  • Three (3) years relevant experience.
